TERMS OF USE

Novus International reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Novus may discontinue use of the Site at any time.

Jurisdictional Matters. THIS SITE IS OWNED, CONTROLLED AND OPERATED BY NOVUS FROM ITS OFFICES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. NOVUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT MATERIALS IN THE SITE ARE APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE FOR USE IN OTHER LOCATIONS, AND ACCESS TO THEM FROM TERRITORIES WHERE THEIR CONTENTS ARE ILLEGAL IS PROHIBITED. THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO ACCESS THIS SITE FROM OTHER LOCATIONS DO SO ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS. This Agreement, and any claim relating thereto, and the use or nonuse of this Site and the materials contained therein, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to the conflict of law principles of that state. Any action at law or equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement, to the Site, or to your use or nonuse of the Site, shall be filed only in the federal courts for the Eastern District of Missouri or state courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

PRODUCTS DESCRIBED IN THIS SITE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE OR USE IN EVERY COUNTRY. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL NOVUS SALES REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT THE LOCAL AVAILABILITY OF EACH PRODUCT.

Site Use. Information contained within this Site will be used for lawful purposes only. Users will exercise their own judgment at their own risk in applying the information contained within the Site.

Password Access.   In cases where you have been given access to portions of our Site through a password and have allowed any other individual to access this Site through your password or have negligently made your password publicly available, you recognize that you are fully responsible for: (1) the online conduct of such users; (2) controlling the users’ access to and use of this Site; and (3) the consequences of any misuse.

General Provisions. If any provision of this Agreement is declared by a court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Novus to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Copyright. This Site contains copyrighted material, which is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. These laws expressly prohibit any copying, redistribution, retransmitting or repurposing of any copyright-protected material. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way exploit the content, or link to pages within the Site, without written permission from Novus. Permission is granted to display, copy and download the materials on this Site for personal, non-commercial use only provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials.

Trademark. This Site contains trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Trademarks") which are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Novus and others. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site, without the written permission of the Trademark owner. The names and logos on this Site may not be used in any way without prior written permission.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices of Novus with regard to this Site.

We consider our customers and our Site visitors valuable associates and we respect their privacy.  Novus will not use or disclose personal information about you, inconsistent with this statement, unless required to do so by law.

Information Collection and Use.  The information that Novus gathers about you will be used by Novus to (1) better serve you at the Site and (2) make products, services and information available to you.

We collect information from our Site users in several ways.  At places on the Site, you may submit information to us for certain purposes, such as registering to receive press releases, ordering brochures or other literature, and contacting a Novus representative.  We collect personal, identifiable information about you at that time, including your name, company, title, phone, fax, e-mail and area of interest (poultry, swine, dairy, etc.).  Another portion of this Site is accessible to certain customers via a confidential password.  We collect additional information from these customers, including specific data about their business operations.
